IMO, the motor sounds strong and maxes out at pinned throttle. I recall having that happen too.
Have you done a plug chop to see how it's burning at WOT?
What is your motor set-up (carb, exhaust, etc)?

I only get 3/4 throtle. after that it starts loosing power. You can hear a difrance between when I rock the throtle between 3/4 & smoothe & when I pin it the tone gets deeper & realy ear piercing. (unfortinatlu you cant hear the ear piercing sound on the vidio.)
I have the Toomey Race pipe, 20mm carb, Boisen reeds,

Have your tried discribing your scenerio with TCR and hearing what they've had to say? imo, it sounds like you're over-carbed for the stock-piston....trying to feed in more gas than the motor can burn at WOT. OR You may be running too rich (more premix than air thru the carb)? *shrugs*.....being that the main jet affects 3/4 to full throttle. These are just some thoughts (out loud ). I may be wrong, being that I am no expert.

I been over it extencivly with TCR & still have the problem. It all started after they worked on it??? They clamed the 20mm is just fine with my setup. I dont know, as Carbs are my weakest aria..... Forgot to mention the piston is on the first over.
At one point I even put back on the stock carb. It ran fine, just had less power. If I recall correctly it hit about 56-57 mph. With the current setup I was able to get 70+ (cought by the police going 72 on raydar) After TCR rebuilt the entire motor(last year), 64mph is my top & no full throttle. I even sent it back & it came back just the same. So Im at a total loss & have been riding it this way since. Im just getting tired of the problem.
