My headlight works, and so does my brake light.
But my blinkers and taillight running light dont work. All of the bulbs are good and its got a new battery, any ideas on what could be wrong with it?

Do you have a test light or ohms meater to test & see if there is any power @ the sockets?

I take it you understand that the motor has to be running for all the electrical to function.
Anything (components) missing from your harness?
The headlamp and tail lamp get AC power from the lighitng coil. The other electrical components get power from the charging coil (AC), converted to DC thru the regulator/rectifier, and in assistance from the battery.
As Lance said, use a volt meter and verify your voltage.
Lastly, verify all your ground points (under ignition coil, under regulator/rectifier, and battery tray), and that they are free from corrosion and or paint.

check to see that all the wires are correct. (ie; colored wires to the positive lead of the signals) You may have aftermarket signals. If so youll always have the problem unless you change the relay. Youll need one for a old 6 volt VW or most any other 6volt vehicle. But be carefull as a fiew of the real old cars had the same tipe of system, that used diods & or resistors The factory relay will not work correctly with any other signal than the stock ones. Hell they never worked that great even with the stock signals. You can also get the Team Calamari flush mount signals. They work great.
