Hi Everyone! I'm not sure if this is the same forum that I use to belong to but I'm glad I'm here. I've been riding motorcycles since I was 25. My husband and I only have our YSRs left & we have our son's project bike.
Hubby's is ready to go, Jr's is a project as well as mine. Unfortunately we doubt if we will be able to get mine or CJ's together like we wanted. We have all the parts to make it my dream bike & his. We were just about to start with the projects when CJ our 24 yr old son died in a motorcycle accident with Dad. They had a killer, relaxed ride on Hwy 9 from Saratoga to Ben Lomand. Turned around came back down 9 and CJ wanted to go left onto Hwy 35. Mid-way at the Open Reserve park CJ had a heart palpitation which caused him to pass out. It's been 2 yrs 1 month & 21 days and we still can't get back on the bikes to ride. We already sold the hubby's dream HD about 1 yr after. As much as I want to complete these projects I don't think I can. Will post pictures later if anyone is interested.
Today we received his pup's ashes back. We had to put his 8 yr old pup to sleep because of terminal cancer 3 wks ago today. Don't know why I'm telling you this. Just hugs your loved ones, no one is promised a tomorrow.
